XIII “Marxa del Castells”
The “Marxa dels Castells” of Segarra began in 2000 following a group of friends
in the area of the Segarra that they had the restlessness to perform a new nature
hiking unusual activity
in our area. This
new initiative was to meet
some specific features
to make it attractive. He believed that
the great castles of the region could represent an attractive initiative, while the landscape that offers the county at the beginning of spring with its
bright green trees and flowers, could
end up with a great feeling.
The route is a
distance of 54 kilometers and a height of just
over 1200 meters accumulated . The plateau of the Segarra offers a land
of constant ups and downs,
but always it doesn't have a intense slope.
